It was VERY PEACEFUL time in Greensboro. I liked staying in this nice place. Everything was perfectly fine, but a few employees where standard. The room was large on the balcony, with essentials required. Magnificent location, Piedmont Triad airport was 0.5 miles away. They recommended a small restaurant for dinner.

The rooms here are fantastic, each featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, an extra blanket, and a lovely balcony, in a great location with super friendly staff.

The new restaurant service method doesn't wOrk well for breakfast when a lot of people show up. I got my number for my order on two mornings during my visit, then they got busy and completely forgot my order.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. The rooms are comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is spacious and everything works as it should. The staff members, such as Betty and Shirley, are very gracious and provide excellent service. The hotel also offers facilities like a fitness center and laundry facility for added convenience.

The Bistro in the hotel is slow, which can be frustrating for guests who want quick service.

The room was updated, quite and complete with pull out couch, extra blanket. Location: the hotel was so close to Greensboro, downtown and airport and coliseum and aquatic center. The service was exceptional, we felt welcome.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the rooms were clean and updated, with attention to detail evident throughout. Additionally, the hotel's location in a great area meant that I had easy access to various attractions and amenities. Lastly, the breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
